Dieser Kurs benutzt die Konzepte der dynamischen Systeme (Vorlesung "Berechenbares Chaos in dynamischen Systemen") für die Beschreibung markanter Phänomene in komplexen Beispielen aus der Populationsdynamik, Neuroinformatik und Systembiologie. Eine besondere Bedeutung fällt dabei Grenzzykluslösungen und ihren Kopplungen zu.

This lecture uses the concepts from dynamical systems (Course: "Computable Chaos in Dynamical Systems") for the description of salient phenomena in complex examples from population dynamics, neuroinformatics and system biology. A particlular focus is on the concept of limit cycle solutions and their coupling.
